We would like to welcome you to our Annual Parish Meeting that will be held on Wednesday 24th April 2013, at 7.30 pm in the Colston Hall at the Memorial Centre, East Common.

As a Gerrards Cross resident, this is your opportunity to ask questions and make comments directly to members of your Parish Council. You will also be able to hear what the Parish Council has been doing on your behalf over the last year.

If you do have a specific question, it will help if you can submit this to the Parish Office ahead of the meeting. We can then ensure that the relevant information is to hand to answer your question fully.

You can see the Parish Council reports ahead of the meeting, either by arriving at 7.00pm on the evening, by visiting the Parish Office or online at

The Agenda for the meeting is displayed on the Parish Council notice boards outside the Parish Office and on the bridge in Packhorse Road.

At the end of the meeting, there will be a good opportunity to chat with your Parish Councillors over and glass of wine and meet members of the Commons, Highways, Planning and Youth Committees, as well as our local Police team.

Please come along to hear what is going on and to make sure your voice is heard. We look forward to seeing you there.

Yours sincerely

Mrs D C Hepburn Park

Clerk to council
